Court Orders ASUU To Call Off Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) was ordered by the National Industrial Court to return to work.

In a lawsuit, the Federal Government requested that ASUU end its seven-month strike.

According to reports, the Federal Government had referred the matter to the court on behalf of the Minister of Labour and Employment in order to resolve the issue of ASUU’s ongoing strike.
